Cardiology – Cath Lab

VitalSolution is currently seeking a Cardiac Cath Lab Manager for a full time position in Louisville, KY.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Cardiac Cath Lab Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring high-quality patient care, maintaining compliance with regulatory standards, managing staff performance, and driving process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical knowledge, operational expertise, and a commitment to excellence in cardiovascular care. This role collaborates closely with physicians, nursing, and support teams to optimize patient outcomes and procedural efficiency.

Requirements:

• Registered Nurse, BSN preferred OR ARRT OR RCIS with prior Cath lab leadership experience
• 2+ years of cardiac cath lab leadership experience; prefer 3-5 years of progressive leadership
• RNs must have KY RN license or Compact License
• ARRTs must have KY RT license
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Must be able to work in the lab and take call as needed
