VitalSolution is a leading practice management group specializing in cardiovascular and anesthesiology services. We help hospitals and health systems enhance their anesthesia programs and cardiovascular service lines by connecting them with exceptional physicians, CRNAs, nurses, and allied professionals.

VitalSolution is proudly physician-led, with Chief Medical Officers Dr. Brad Serwer (Cardiology) and Dr. John Vazquez (Anesthesiology) guiding our clinical operations, supported by four Regional Chief Medical Officers: Dr. Jasdeep Dalawari, Dr. Nishant Kalra, Dr. Alan Berger, and Dr. Ali Homayuni. This ensures our programs are built by clinicians, for clinicians.

How It Works

Three simple steps to refer and earn

1. Submit your referral: Fill out the referral form with your information and your referral’s contact details. Takes less than 2 minutes.

2. We Connect & Place: Our team reaches out to your referral, discusses opportunities, and works to find the perfect placement.

3. You Get Rewarded: After your referral completes their first 30 days of work, you receive your referral bonus payment.

Anesthesiologists & Cardiologists

  • Anesthesiologists (full-time placement)

Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists

Nurses & Technologists

  • Cath Lab RN or Tech (full-time placement)
  • IR or Echo Technologists (full-time placement)
  • Payment after referral’s first 30 days of work
  • PRN placements: $500 bonus after 30 days worked

Terms & Conditions

I. Objective

The referral bonus program offers a one-time payment per referral to help VitalSolution attract, hire, and retain the very best healthcare talent in the United States.

II. Individuals eligible for a referral payment

You must be an individual person (i.e., not a business entity) and a legal resident of the United States who is at least 18 years of age to participate in the referral bonus program.

III. Individuals not eligible for a referral payment

The following people/entities are not eligible to participate in this referral program:

  • Staffing/recruiting agencies or consultants, or any employee or consultant of a third party to whom VitalSolution is contractually obligated to pay a fee for the hiring of an individual referred by, or working for such third party.
IV. Qualifications
  • The referral must not have been in active communication with a VitalSolution recruiter within the past 30 days.
  • The referral must not be a former employee or be actively in process.
  • Referral must start coverage within 6 months of the referral date.
  • Please note that the non-physician referral amount for PRNs is $500 after 30 days worked.
