Interventional Cardiologist – Flexible Block Schedule

Position Highlights:

• Schedule: Full-time equivalent (182.5 days/year) with a structured block schedule (7 days on/7 days off).  1-3 year contract.

Where flexibility meets stability. Block scheduling gives you predictable time on and true time off.

• Clinical Responsibilities:
  • Outpatient cardiology clinic
  • Inpatient consults
  • 24/7 call during block schedule
• Diagnostic & Interpretive Duties:
  • Nuclear cardiology studies
  • Transesophageal echocardiography (TEE)
  • Echo Interpretation
  • Supervise or interpret stress testing
• Procedures:
  • Cardiac Cath – Diagnostic/PCI
  • Peripheral Vascular- Diagnostic/Intervention
  • Cardioversions
• Collaborative Environment: Work closely with general cardiologist, APPs, and hospitalists

Requirements:

• Board Certification in Interventional Cardiology
• IMLC State – Licensure facilitation provided
