Meet the Team: Office Manager, Amy Warren
How long have you been with CardioSolution? What did you do before this?
I started in November 2010 at our sister company, trustaff, working in the Government Division as an Assistant Program Manager. I transitioned part-time to CardioSolution in December 2013 and started full time in April 2014. Prior to trustaff and CardioSolution, I worked as a Credentialing Coordinator for military medical facilities across the United States and overseas.
What is your role on the admin team and what kinds of things do during the workday?
I am the Office Manager. I make sure that our admin and credentialing teams operate smoothly. My primary responsibility is scheduling our physicians. In addition, I support our billing and payroll departments. You can typically find me following up with our physicians and clients daily to ensure we have the required coverage.
When you aren’t in the office, what do you do for fun?
I have three teenagers (14, 15 and 16 years old) that keep me busy with their musical theatre performances, soccer, and tennis. I also enjoy Zumba, hiking, and spending time with friends. I am a big fan of New Kids on the Block, and I try to go to as many concerts as I can.
Describe yourself in three words!
Caring, Honest, and Energetic
What does your ideal day look like?
