The Ingenovis Health ACT program is a unique initiative available to VitalSolution team members that provides tools and resources to grow, flourish, and advance your career.

Based on real feedback from frontline healthcare professionals like you, the creation of the Ingenovis ACT program was inspired by our dedication and commitment to going above and beyond to serve the needs and well-being of the talented people here at VitalSolution.

What is the Ingenovis Health ACT program? 

The ACT program (Advocacy, Career, Tools) was created to improve the well-being and career advancement of any clinician in Ingenovis Health‘s family of brands, including Trustaff, Fastaff, USN, VISTA Staffing Solutions, HealthCare Support, and VitalSolution. It is a collection of tools and resources focusing on personal wellness, service and support, training and development, achievement and recognition, and forward-thinking industry inspiration.

We are committed to bringing awareness to the challenges facing healthcare providers today, amplifying the voices of the professional community, and inspiring a movement across the entire industry.

Resources available to physicians and non‑physicians through the ACT program

In addition to our existing benefits and support, all VitalSolution team members are eligible for additional resources through the Ingenovis Health ACT program. These tools are focused on personal wellness and the advancement of your professional career. As we add new tools and resources they will be listed here.

  • Mental Health Benefits
  • Free Zoom Yoga Class – Every Wednesday at 10:30 a.m. MST, take an hour to reinvigorate the mind, body and soul. Join us for a Vinyasa flow yoga class incorporating breathwork with yoga poses. This style is designed to relieve stress, build strength and increase flexibility. Modifications and challenges are offered to personalize the class for any student level. Click here to access the Zoom session five minutes prior to class to join the flow.

  • AIMIcare – We have partnered with the Altruism in Medicine Institute to bring to you AIMIcare, an innovative mobile app offering mindfulness resources for healthcare providers to help eliminate stress. This free app has an extensive library of audio and video resources, available on-demand, according to your personal and professional needs.   • EmployeeConnect – Our Employee Assistance Program through Lincoln Financial offers professional, confidential services to help you and your loved ones improve your quality of life. It is available to all employees, regardless of whether they are enrolled in Ingenovis Health benefits. The Employee Assistance Program (EAP) services are provided AT NO COST to you and your household through EmployeeConnect. Please contact the benefits department to learn more.
  • Anthem Knowledge Hub – The media library is another resource for ALL employees that provides quick access to behavioral health education, resources, and webinars to help with stress, anxiety, depression, or other behavioral health conditions.

Operation Happy Nurse

In support of the well-being of our nurses, VitalSolution announces a new partnership with the nurse community non-profit OperationHappyNurse.org. Membership is free, and their offerings include nutritional support, virtual book clubs, stress management podcasts, social events, yoga, fitness and meditation regimens, discussion boards, support groups, and much more.
